Refunded customers are prohibited from retaining, using, or distributing any materials obtained during their access period.
Customers agree to contact our support team and allow a reasonable period for resolution before initiating any chargeback or payment dispute with their financial institution. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in permanent revocation of access and restriction from future purchases.
